The big question now is, just what could be preventing your website from getting up there on top of the search engine pages?</p>
<p><span id="more-1610"></span>The good news is, you don&#8217;t have to become a SEO guru just to be able to achieve your goal of getting high search rankings for your website. The truth is, there are some major factors that strongly influence your website ranking. The bad news is, most website owners do not perform these factors the right way, if they even perform them at all. These major factors are as follow:</p>

When it comes to analyzing and optimizing your videos, YouTube, by it's close integration to Google makes it a powerful resource in the professional SEO's tool chest. Although you could classify YouTube as a tool, it is really a very large collection of more specific tools and would take far too long to cover them here in this article.

Now let's look at a sister application - the Google Toolbar which is loaded with functionality such as popup blocking, bookmarking, and more, but it's most important function to the SEO is the 'PageRank' feature. The PageRank display provides a rough estimate of the number of inbound links on any given page. SEO infers 'organic' results, but when it comes to the web these days, the lines are blurred. Google's Traffic Estimator is part of the Adwords toolbox and allows you to get a quick estimate of the bid prices and number of clicks for a given keyword. If people are willing to pay for clicks, it usually means there's also significant competition in organic SEO searches as well.

A tool from Windows Live, Demographics Prediction - this predicts the target demographic for a particular keyword or URL, based on gender, age, and other demographic data, and based on what search terms they use and what sites they visit. This is a good way for merchants to learn more about their customers and come up with suitable marketing campaigns.
